At Dynamic Therapy Alliance, LLC,  we understand that wellness is a privilege. Therefore, we are committed to challenging and confronting the effects of capitalism racism, ableism, colonialism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, and xenophopbia (among others).  We especially acknowledge the negative impact of late-stage capitalism on mental health and we do our best to empower clients as the ultimate experts in their own health and well-being. We believe that we deliver the best services when our workers are provided with safety, a comfortable working environment,  a decent,  living wage, and strive for a healthy work-life balance. 

Land Acknowledgement:

We acknowledge that our services are provided on the traditional lands of the Kalapuya people, including the Ahantchuyuk, Pudding River, Santiam,  Luckiamute bands among others, who have lived and thrived here for thousands of years. We recognize the historical trauma and ongoing racial injustices inflicted upon the Black, Indigenous,  and communities of color. We understand  that land acknowledgements are often performative and often don't exercise real action or change to address colonialism and white supremacy. That is why we donate monthly to organization(s) that are led by the BIPOC community and that directly benefit the needs of the BIPOC community and beyond.
